Exclusive TenPilates (www.tenpilates.com) OPEN DAY taking place across all TenPilates’ studios on Saturday 25th June from 12:30pm onwards
To celebrate the launch of their new Mayfair studio, as well as the arrival of summer, TenPilates are giving everyone the chance to trial a free Dynamic Pilates class at any of their studios.
Each studio is offering a range of activities to suit all needs, please see below for more information on specific studios.

In addition to the normal Dynamic Pilates classes, TenPhysio will be offering complimentary Body MOT’s, so if you have niggling aches and pains- come and have them assessed for free. The afternoon will also host a 30 minute workshop providing expert advice and exercise tips on keeping your spine strong, flexible and mobile – increasingly important information at a time when most of us lead ever more sedentary lives and over 80% of us can expect to suffer from back pain during our adult lives.
