Eddy Montana, Head Barman at the Hotel Métropole Monte-Carlo and Alber Elbaz, Artistic Director of LANVIN have joined creative forces to bring hotel guests two new cocktails to celebrate romance: ‘Love You’ is made from elderflower liquor, exotic and sake liquor mixed in a mini-shaker, poured and topped with pink Champagne and ‘Love Me’ is made from 150 year old bitter orange liquor, vanilla liquor, mixed in a mini shaker, poured and topped with Champagne. In the glass of each cocktail will be a rose petal and a strawberry on which the cocktails will be poured.

To set the mood, the décor will be inspired by LANVIN’s heart collection. Couples can opt to have their kiss immortalised by London artist Rebecca Ivatts while enjoying a decadent four course meal in the 1901 Restaurant this Valentine’s Day.
