Liv is a Soil Association licensee and they are proud to use the Soil Association Mark to identify all of their licensed products.
Liv’s range of beautiful products include stylish, beautiful bed linen made from 220 thread count organic and Fairtrade certified cotton; luxurious bathroom towels and robes; key wardrobe essentials, and the most beautiful baby bonnets and booties made from the softest 100% British baby alpaca wool. Liv have also recently launched their range of high fashion knitwear - the first 100% fairly traded and organic cotton knitwear “collection” in the UK. The collection is sourced and manufactured under the strictest environmental and ethical practices, highlighting Liv’s commitment to sustainability and embodying everything that Liv and Elysia stand for. The new knitwear collection has its threads tied to Rush Farm, Elysia’s 200 acre organic / biodynamic farm situated in the heart of Worcestershire. The designs are inspired by the beautiful landscape and key pieces from the collection are named after local villages, streams and rivers, including the on-trend Bow Brook top and Inkberrow cable leggings. Liv is also soon to launch Liv Baby with Lov; a beautiful Collection of baby essentials made from the very finest biodynamic cotton.
Liv works with forward-thinking manufacturers based in India and Egypt. In India, these suppliers have developed a unique fairly traded supply chain where the cotton farmers own a 20% share of the business. This enables those at the bottom of the production chain to benefit from the fruits of the end product, as well as from the organic and Fairtrade premiums that they receive for their cotton. Liv also works with Sekem, who, based in Egypt grow and work with biodynamic cotton. |
