Established in 1998, West Cornwall Pasty Co continues to flourish with the continual introduction of new products and new shops. Success has been built on the pure quality of the company’s pasties – all of which are handmade in Cornwall, using traditional recipes with premium ingredients, and are freshly baked daily on the premises.
We have 20 varieties of handmade pasties, including the traditional Steak pasty, made with tender beef, potatoes, swede and onions. Other, more unusual varieties include Lamb and Mint, Steak and St Austell Ale, Pork and Apple, Steak and Stilton, Salmon, Cheese and Bacon, Chicken and Mushroom, and Chicken Balti. There are also several options for vegetarians, including Cheese, Tomato and Basil, Wholemeal Vegetable, and Cheese and Vegetable.
And if you’re looking for something to accompany your Cornish pasty, then there are a host of other treats available in-store, including potato wedges, traditional Cream Tea with real Cornish clotted cream, and Fairtrade tea and coffee. We also provide a range of savoury breakfast pastries and rolls, along with a delicious range of cakes and treats.
