In the last 12 months Natoora has started to work with a growing number of top local producers, in particular for fresh products such as fresh fish, quality meat and fresh fruit and vegetables. All of Natoora’s items are sourced and chosen based on two criteria of which the first and most important is taste. Natoora knows and understands how great fresh food should taste and this is the first thing that will never be compromised when choosing the product range.

Secondly, Natoora only works with suppliers who share the same belief in how to source and produce food. The best illustration is Natoora’s butcher, Jack O'Shea. His emphasis is on animal husbandry and the conditions in which the animals he sources are raised. Some of this meat is indeed organic, all of it is free range but Natoora believes this meticulous and personal approach to sourcing is a far greater assurance of quality than a catch-all organic label.
Natoora also imports cheeses, charcuterie and everyday groceries from France and Italy and now has a large range of fruit and vegetables from the markets in Paris and Milan all available for home delivery. 
Natoora has recently re-launched its web site making it easier to navigate and explore. The site now features produce split into seven groups, Butcher & Fishmonger; Cheesemonger & Dairy; Greengrocer; Deli Counter; Bakery & Patisserie; Wine Cellar; And Store Cupboard, emphasising the fresh food with which Natoora is renowned for.

The appearance of the web site will evolve as the seasons change from Spring through to Summer, Autumn and Winter, highlighting the importance of seasonal produce.

New and rare culinary discoveries are available on the web site such as the Arzagot Fraises Des Bois (Woodland strawberries with a distinct flavour and aroma), sweet fresh peas from Campania near Naples, delicious yoghurts from Touraine, fresh bread from the bakeries like Poilane in France and Irish dry aged black angus beef including Picanha and Butterfly fillet cuts more commonly found in Brazil and Argentina.

Each product has tips on how to get the best out of it and is accompanied by a detailed description, ingredients and nutritional information, origin information and how it has been produced.
