Inspired to try we followed his recipe for Spicy Beef & Wild Mushroom Stew, which was absolutely delicious and really easy to prepare, Other favourites of ours are his Seafood Salad with Capers and Lemon, Light Omelette with Chives and Potatoes, the mouth watering Roasted Fresh Fruits with Grand Marnier and the Gino’s Breakfast Bars.This book oozes with wonderful healthy flavours and would be a delightful addition to any cookery book collection.
