Throughout the book there are cooking tips and basic techniques, including all you need to know about using a wok, and a handy menu planner.
We loved this beautiful book, it contains over 100 healthy recipes, absolutely sumptuous photography and easy to follow instructions. Ching also gives an insight into Chinese culture as a background commentary to her mouth- watering recipes. This is an inspiring book, highly recommended for all lovers of Chinese food.
