We adored this book, Mich is really inspirational in her approach to cake-making, but this book is much more than just about cakes, it is full of practical advice about how to make the cake the centre of attraction, how to set the scene, techniques, recipes for the different basic cakes, templates for the designs, useful addresses, but most of all step by step instructions for how to create the most gorgeous and fabulous wedding cakes!

Every style is catered for from sumptuous Mandarin, to the delicate Country Rose, or Funky Ruffle Truffle, there are cakes for every type of wedding, or season.
